Cancellation policy

At Estilo K Hair Design, our priority is to provide quality service and ensure that all our clients have the best possible experience. To maintain efficient and fair service for everyone, we have established the following appointment cancellation policy.

Advance Cancellation: Clients can cancel their appointments up to 24 hours in advance of the scheduled time without any penalty.

Frequent Cancellations: If a third cancellation occurs within a 6-months period, a fee will be charged for scheduling a new appointment. This measure aims to ensure the availability of our services for all clients and to value our professionals' time.

Rescheduling Fee: The rescheduling fee will be informed at the time of the time for the fourth appointment after having three previous appointment missed and may vary according to the type of service previously scheduled.

Exceptions: We understand that unforeseen situations may occur. In exceptional cases, we request that clients contact our team directly to assess the possibility of waiving the fee.
