Advance Cancellation: Clients can cancel their appointments up to 24 hours in advance of the scheduled time without any penalty.
Frequent Cancellations: If a third cancellation occurs within a 6-months period, a fee will be charged for scheduling a new appointment. This measure aims to ensure the availability of our services for all clients and to value our professionals' time.
Rescheduling Fee: The rescheduling fee will be informed at the time of the time for the fourth appointment after having three previous appointment missed and may vary according to the type of service previously scheduled.
Exceptions: We understand that unforeseen situations may occur. In exceptional cases, we request that clients contact our team directly to assess the possibility of waiving the fee.
Contact for Cancellations: Cancellations can be made through our communication channels: phone, WhatsApp, Social Medias, directly at the salon or clicking on the cancellation button available in the email appointment confirmation.
